They sell refurbished phones with no battery life then charge $50 to replace or a $45 restocking fee for a different phone with the same problem

This phone is really good for the price I really like it.

phone does not vibrate on silent or when put on silent, or when phone is ringing. Needs to be fixed, otherwise has been ok. if anything else goes wrong, it's going back to Best Buy

Battery doesn’t last for a day. Since it is pre owned and not refurbished it will have major problems that it will affect the use of the phone. I have bought refurbished phones before and they never gave me a problem. In fact I bought a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro 2 years ago and it still works perfectly fine. This iPhone X is pre owned and it has major problems with the battery. Would recommend it unless you change the battery.

Item arrived with a broken portrait mode camera. We've had this phone for 30 days and the screen will also randomly stop responding to touch. We'd send it back but we're just outside of the return window. Don't bother with one of these refurbished phones.

This upgrade for me was a fit with my Apple Watch. Best Buy actually got the two set up to work together before I left the store.

Being a second hand cellphone I really did not trust my purchase, but after using it for a few days everything seems OK. The battery is at a normal level for a second hand.

This phone is a 75% battery health and they gonna hanging on after use 3 or 4 minute. And when I’m go to the return on Best Buy store the charge me a $45. not make sense even his phone is not working these not my fault but I pay $45 again for this garbage phone.

Would not charge or turn on. I followed all online support directions to remedy this problem but nothing worked. Return device and will purchase one from amazon instead as Best Buy did not have another like this one.

This was an upgrade for my 17 yo; he cool with it; battery life and memory space way better than the 8plus he had

Had this iPhone X just a few weeks and it doesn’t work any more. Every time you touched the screen it would flicker from app to app. Very disappointed. Never buy a refurbished iPhone!

I bought this phone early august 2021. Maybe a month in I started getting glitches, the phone became unresponsive and sometimes it would completely black out. I wouldn’t use it for days. I went to Apple to see if there was anything that could be done. I was told the phone was bought from 2017, and that the previous owner had already been taken it for repairs on its display a year ago. So rather than wasting my money on repairs, I should just get a new phone. I’ve learnt my lesson, so please take my advice when I say to have patience and save up for a phone that is trustworthy. You’ll save your money in the long run, and it’s less problematic.
