    Only reason is because the battery life does not last long other then that little marks here and there but it work great will follow up after one year of use so far one month of use

    I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but since I got the same coverage by Geek Squad I decided to take a chance. So far so good, still learning new features. Really appreciate the salesperson in phone department taking the time to help me set it up, as I am very low tech.

    Great phone for a great value. It’s a bit of a lottery the quality of the battery, but Best Buy was willing to exchange the phone when my first purchase was deteriorated.

    I bought an unlocked iPhone X and it arrived quick, in great condition and works perfect. A few minor scratches on the back and a small one on the screen but nothing major. I've only had it a few days so I'm making sure everything works. Will update if I have issues.

    The iPhone was overall in good condition. But one thing is it had a few light scratches on the top left. Nothing to serious but it is to be expected with a refurbished phone.

    I was super happy to purchase a pre-used phone because it does everything I need it to and came ready to setup in a quick fashion. Buying a year or two off cycle is cost effective and reduces waste.

    It was a good buy with good price but didn’t expect this much of scratches at the phone. The previous owner didn’t invest in a phone cover! I managed to cover them with a cover!
