    Works great! Husband isn't into spending a lot on a phone, and doesn't really use his phone for much. So, when his iPhone X was destroyed in an accident, we replaced it with a refurbished one. Great deal. No complaints.

    The only problem I had was that the phone didn't come with a SIM Card? I had to go to my provider and they provided the card for free!

    The first Preowned iPhone X I bought for my son quit working six days later. Brought it back and once we met the Manager he took care of the problem and replaced the bad iphone with another refurbished one. Thanks Best Buy.
