The iPhone was not refurbished

I could not hear the other person. Also, the battery was not good. A full charge lasted less than an hour. There’s no way someone refurbished this phone. Read the reviews for this vendor - they are almost all bad and buyer beware.

It has a lot of small scratches but the whole right side is pretty bad. It works, but I’m pretty unhappy with the condition. If my old phone worked I would have returned the new one.
