This was terrible!!! Be careful. This phone came scratched, glitchy screen, and would not charge. Thankfully I had the totaltech support and with an override I was able to return. They only give a 14-day return policy. I didn’t open it until after this passed, so I was very lucky to have this totaltech insurance.

Recommend this verified re-used device by best buy. Have had this phone for about 2 weeks and not not major issues.

Phone says battery life is at 76 percent overall going to need to buy a new battery

Bought my dad an IPhone and thought because the phone said Certified it would be as good as new. Unfortunately this was not the case and now have an iPhone with a battery that needs a replacement and constant dead battery. Couldn’t check the phone because of the policy Best Buy has. Now after I programmed the phone with all the apps my dad needs, the phone doesn’t keep a charge.

Really, overall, the refurbished phone works great. All iPhones last forever. However, with the 14-day return policy, refurbished phones can work just fine and then show issues. With this one, the charging port is finicky, at best. I noticed its flaw right off the bat, but it wasn’t bad. Now, when I hit a tiny bump in the road, my phone stops playing music. When I shift in my bed, my phone lights up. New cords, old cords, it’s all the same. What a headache. BE CAREFUL shelling out money for a refurbished phone, even if you buy it from Best Buy.

Thought we were getting a good deal, the reviews were good. But less than 1 month the face recognition stopped working and evidently that cannot be fixed. Luckily I had purchased the Geek Squad Protection.

My son lost his phone and needed to replace it immediately. Luckily this was in stock at the local store, but store was closing within the hour. Salesperson was very helpful and patient, and we got the phone right away. My son is very happy with it, it works perfectly and looks brand new.

Would rate 5 stars but delivery took longer than usual.

The outside of the phone is in great condition. Looked completely brand new. However once I opened the phone and actually started to use it, my screen moves on it's own, it freezes, it heats up super fast, and I can't press anything in the middle of my screen. Wanted to return it, but by the time the phone actually got to me, it passed the date available to do so. Really disappointed, now I have to spend another $600. Hopefully it was just this phone that had that issue, and no one else has to go through that.
