I bought this iphone for my wife, she loves it even though it was reimbursed.

I bought this phone for my son so that he can reach me while he's at school. The product description for this phone said "unlocked" which was a major reason I chose it. It is a beautiful phone and like new. However, I quickly realized that it was an AT&T phone meaning it is locked. That was disappointing because I had planned on using Verizon. I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it and waiting for a different phone, so I decided to keep it and get an AT&T plan.

I purchased this as a replacement phone for my Mom and it was a big jump as her last phone was a iphone 6. I was concerned as the methodology has changed. She adapted quickly and loves it. The extra memory has been wonderful.

Got the phone as scheduled! The phone was I great condition, there was some signs or wear: a small unnoticeable (like very unnoticeable) crack on the screen some chips at the back and that’s it. The phone works great: it’s fast, smooth and the new updates works great with it.

Over priced. Front and rear glass were replaced with non apple products. I should have returned but kid needed a phone.

My son loves it. The picture quality is amazing. I would definitely recommend this phone.

Screen dued only after two months. Not worth the price point after that.

My phone came looking brand new! The description stated “excellent” condition, and it was next available.. I put it in my cart. Found a rose colored one, and description was ‘minor scratches/ dents. So be assured, if your description states excellent, grab it!

Great deal at an affordable price. Best Buy (Jake) saved the day when my phone was destroyed and I needed to replace with another I-phone. Jake provided me with an option that suited my budget and timeline.

This shopping experience was like no other I have had at Best Buy! I told the sales lady I wanted a iphone 11 bc I had heard good things about it. She said she had liked her iphone11, so I know she understood what I wanted. She ordered it from Orland. When I picked it up & expected Geek Squad to transfer data to it, I was told to go to Apple to have that done. When the Apple agent was working on it, he asked where I had bought it and told me to take it back. The screen was separating from the body of the phone probably bc of a swollen battery pushing on it. I went back to Orland, got a different phoneX. Went back to Apple to have the data transfer completed. After getting it home, I looked at the 'about' section and found it was an iphone X, not an iphone 11as I had asked for! Again I had to go back to Orland and they had to order an iphone 11. I had to pick that up in Homewood! Then found they had made my appt to have the data transfer in Tinley, my home store! The transfer was finally made and I have an iphone 11! What an experience!

Sadly I had to return this Iphone due to technical problems. The microphone wasn't functioning properly. I couldn't set up Siri or send audio texts. Sometimes the camera wouldn't take photos. The speaker on the phone had a minor crackling noise. Phone calls sounded off. The battery didn't last. Luckily I was able to get a full refund. From this experience, I probably wouldn't purchased a pre-owned phone again.

I purchased this preowned iPhone X and so far it's working fine for me. It's a bit of an adjustment for me from my iPhone 7 since on the X there's no home button and the wireless button you have to swipe from the top right corner, but you'll get used to it after some time.

Needed a new phone for my teenage son and this was perfect. Had all the features we needed at a great price. The Best Buy associate who helped us find this phone was amazing! We couldn’t be happier with the performance of this phone.

The iPhone X works fine except one thingThe Earpiece doesn’t work well have to use speakerphone to talk I like to hear my own conversation no one else needs to hear it!!!!

I am returning this phone. I bought it as a xmas present and even waitress for it till January 7th when it arrived. When opened yesterday and tried to switch to it, the speaker doesn’t even work right. And there are a scratches on the front screen and on the sides. I will be returning in to the store next week on the 19th since last day to return it is on 20th. Not happy with the product at all

No scratches or dings just had an 89% battery life

I came into the store looking to buy a replacement for my archaic iPhone 7 that had finally bit the dust. Thankfully that had this iPhone X that someone had decided not to purchase. So far, so good and zero complaints.

It definitely has issues. I can’t trust it to not change prompts,. Or to follow what I want .

We always try and get Kyle to help us with our purchases. HE HAS WORKED AT THE Oxford Alabama store for several years and has always been very helpful and courteous. We trust him to be truthful and helpful.
