Came in great condition no scratches or anything . Works amazing . Saw the reviews were kind of horrid so it took me a week to actually order . Had it for a week and haven’t had any problems so far . Great buy if you ask me .

Definitely disappointed in this purchase. For this phone to be $500 dollars after tax and you cant even send me one that has more than 80% battery capacity. For the price i paid I understand its a used phone but it should be atleast near 90% not ready to be replaced already. Other than that the phone seems alright. Just dies really fast from the moment i got it.

The bluetooth and bottom speaker don’t work. Besides that, everything is fine.

Poor quality, phones battery life sucks. It was always freezing and getting stuck. Surprisingly now the motherboard itself is gone and needs to be replaced.

This used iPhone works well except for the used battery. I did not realize that the battery needed to be replaced until I had taken the iPhone home with me. I assumed that Best Buy would have refurbished this iPhone before offering it for sale.

This was a great purchase. Came quickly, charges well, and great replacement for my teenagers broken down phone. It’s not too if they line but it gets the job done.

Freezes a lot .. screen and apps move on their own can’t even control the screen 40% of the time.

This IPhone was very user friendly and my niece is able to use it and navigates easy. The battery life is good and great picture quality.

I wouldn’t recommend this phone gets overheated and go on and off you have to wait to make calls get texts every other day late because the phone be jumping in and out had it a couple hours and sent it right on back no good

I love this phone and I got it for a great price. It was refurbished when I bought it and I haven’t had any issues with it. Popped my sim card in and was ready to go! I also used progressive leasing to lease it.
