Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.iPhone XS Max is a great phone and for the price of it being refurbished which really means someone wanted to upgrade to a newer model but the phone is in great shape a few scratches but it’s to be expected . my only complaint is the phone not being shipped in an apple phone box along with apple certified charging block and cord other wise quick and timely shipping .

All in all not a bad phone

The speaker is clearly broken.. sounds muffled and trying to get fixed isn’t covered. Sucks. $600 phone just to pay more to fix
