I recently switched from PC to this Macbook and I was impressed with the ease of use. It walks you through the set up once you first turn it on and sets you up with the essential sites such as iTunes and app store. Uploading pictures and videos is fast, and editing is made easier for those who choose to edit either pictures or make your own movies. The touchpad makes it easy to navigate through several tabs on webpages, enlarge photos, rotate photos and right click. once you get the hang of the gestures it's so much fun :)

At first I had a little trouble justifying to myself why I needed to spend so much more for a Mac than a Windows based PC. Then a friend told me "when your buying a Mac it's like a comparison of your next two to three PC's" Boy am I glad I did, so far it has out performed everyone of my expectations and now that I am going back to college it is definitely one more thing that I don't have to worry about. It walked me through the set up, I never had to call customer support and this is the first laptop that I've owned!!!

It's fast, easy, and safer to use. I love the light up key board that my old Apple Lap top didn't have.

Just switched to a Mac from PC and love it! Easy to learn how to use the Mac. Much faster than my PC.

What else can I say Macbook Pro is where its at. Speed , looks, ease of use. The one and only complaint is the sound but this is true with any laptop just add a surround sound. Other than that Apple can do no wrong!

This is the second time I've purchased a MacBook. My first was a MacBook Air. It was a great computer but unfortunately it was stolen. I decided to pickup the 13.3 inch MacBook Pro largely because of how beautiful the display is. I have not been disappointed. Like all things Apple, everything works effortlessly. If your on the fence take about making the switch just do it. You won't be disappointed. The battery life is amazing!

You will not regret your decision to become an apple owner. I got my MacBook Pro in January of 2012 and I have loved EVERYTHING about it. It is a bit pricy, but as with most things in life, you get what you pay for. I will never own a PC again. I was concerned that it would be difficult to familiarize myself with Mac because I had NEVER used one before, but much to my surprise it was extremely simple. Its a great laptop works very fast. Set up ready from the box User friendly too My first mac and I'm already getting so used to it after just a couple of weeks.

After sometime away from Apple Computers, I converted back from PC about a year ago and have fallen in love all over again thanks to my MBP. The product's design, intuitiveness, useability, functionality, and stability are second to none and leave PC manufacturers always playing catch up. My love and vigor for my MBP produced MBP purchases for my wife, two co-workers, and hopefully a friend and my in-laws (fingers crossed). If you are on the fence about switching from PC to Mac, know that yes, it may take a little time to become accustomed to the differences, but you quickly become comfortable with the differences and wish others (personal and business) would switch to Mac. Buy the ticket; take the dive. You won't regret it.

I had a Macbook for 5 years and thought it was time to buy another laptop. The Macbook was fine and worked well but after 5 years, it was a bit slower only 80g and the sound was failing. So for Christmas 2011 I got my new Macbook Pro, 500g huge and the speed is amazing. Love mac I am a mac person I have everything MAC. Never go back to a PC. The price is a little bit more than you would pay for a PC but worth every penny, never have to worry about a virus or it crashing. I use to sit hours fixing my PC but no more. I would recommend this and all Mac's highly.

Although a bit pricey this Macbook Pro has proved to be an outstanding piece of technology. Filled with many high end programs perfect for college students like myself. This thing is fast, has excellent graphics, works marvels and I'm just skimming the surface. Although it works hard let's not forget to have fun...it's great for leisure activities like surfing the internet, playing games or simply listening to music. Apple has earned my loyalty as a customer.

I love this computer I love the battery life the Light up keyboard and pretty much everything about it the new os is awesome and it is great to know that i cannot get any viruses in this computer

I love my Macbook Pro! I've wanted one for a long time, and I'm so glad I could finally pull the trigger on it. It's so fast and easy to use!

I have been a PC user for a very long time. I have an HP Laptop that I got for Christmas in 2008, but I decided it was time to switch to a Mac. This Macbook Pro is my first Apple computer, and I must say, I am VERY happy with it. However, even though I have this Macbook, I am too attached to my PC to get rid of it. I also need the PC for other things as well. I'll end up keeping my PC for a while. Overall, I am very happy with my new Macbook.

I am a long time Mac user and I must say Apple just keeps hitting home runs with their MacBook Pro line of laptops. I bought the base 13" MacBook Pro and upgraded the RAM to 8GB and installed a 256GB SSD. Talk about a power machine, this thing freaking flies now. This beast has no problem running multiple applications like Iphoto and Imovie at the same time. I would suggest not spending the extra money on the higher priced 13" and just do the upgrades yourself...Very easy to do and you will save yourself a lot of cash. My only complaint with the current 13" MacBook Pro is that they have not upgraded the display to 1440 x 900 like they have on the MacBook Air and the larger MacBook Pro. Don't get me wrong, I am not "disappointed" with the display on this model as it looks great, just a little jealous of the absolutely stunning displays on the Air and 15" MacBook Pro.

I have been looking to replace a desktop and laptop for a year now. I asked friends and family and the MacBook was most recommended. I wasn't sure I wanted to make the switch from a PC to a MacBook. I continued research and when I went to the store to buy my first choice they were sold out. When I considered the cost and reviews I decided to go ahead and purchase the MacBook. So glad I did. I haven't had any problems learning the small quirks and the performance is great.

After struggling with BSOD issues on two different Hp PC's, I bought a MacBook Pro. I already had an iPhone, iPod, and iPad, and now it's easy to see why Apple's taking over the world. Extremely high quality product that functions as advertised, I love this machine! Plus, with parallels, it has all the function of a PC. Why would anyone use a PC?

As a student in college you really need a laptop that can do a bit of everything. Most people will buy a PC but a Mac Book Pro some how just feels great and get the job done with no problem.

After finally putting away the thought of the expense part, I made my first Mac purchase. I would never go back to a PC again. From the bright, elaborate LED screen to the smooth trackpad, and the amazing smoothness and efficiency of this computer, it really shows why an Apple purchase is worth every cent. Hands down best laptop I have ever owned and I know more than just your ordinary basics of computers. If you are debating about which laptop to buy, don't stress it... Apple Macbook Pro is your answer.

this is my first macbook and i will never get anything different than a macbook i am more than satisfied with this product it almost couldn't get better i recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a laptop , don't ever buy a pc there mad cheap and get viruses way to easy . its close to impossible to get a virus on the macbook.
