Purchased this laptop online, picked it up in the store. Brought it home, plugged it in and was able to work on it within minutes. Clicked the printer icon and it recognized my printer and I printed a page immediately. It's so simple and intuitive. Love it!

I have always wanted to venture into Macdome and now that I am retired I decided to take the plunge. I'm pleased with the outcome so far. I went here because I needed an update to my old Windows laptop and I was so pleased with my iPod touch. No problem switching so far, more of a problem when I move back to my PC for any reason. Only had it for a month but I can't wait to use it, it fires right up and shuts down nicely too. I decided to switch to Numbers from Office 2007 Excel and that is ok too. I bought Pages and don't anticipate any issues there either. I love that it does what I ask without hesitation.

Had a mac Ibook for a couple of years, it died, had a dell for 2 years just because of price wise at the time, WHAT WAS I THINKING, It is so nice to be back on a mac its fast very light portable and OS lion is very amazing. The backlit keyboard makes it easy to type in the dark. The display even though its not matted there is not to much of a glare. And the aluminum does not even show finger prints. Sound is amazing as well, plenty of ports audio in and out, sd card slot and cd drive. The track pad is huge and the multi touch gestures are easy and fun to use. Could not be happier!

I will never go back to PC. I am so happy I decided on the Mac. I bought one for my son before he started college and he raved so when my laptop died there was not discussion...It was a MacBook Pro for me too.

With the exception of the price, I can't think of anything bad to say it. I bought it primarily for the webcam but have since stumbled upon other uses for it. Great for making/watching movies, music, etc... As I said, the only problem I have is the price and that's primarily Apple's fault, not Best Buy. In this down economy, how can they expect us to pay over $1,000 for a laptop, even one as good as a MacBook?

I love the ease of which it works. It is light and has many applications.

I have always bought pcs till last year i bought a new macbook pro I was so satisfied with that I bought a new one this year. It costs a little bit more than a pc but it is well worth the investment.

I am impressed by the overall quality and ease of use this macbook has to offer. It was a breeze getting microsoft office suite products up & running.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this! Mac is fantastic. So easy to learn and use. My son convinced me to buy this and I'm sooo glad I did!! If you are looking for a laptop with everything.... this is it. Buy it Now!!

I absolutely love my MacBook Pro. It the best investment I've ever made and will never go back to PCs. The only problem I've had with it, is that the exterior dents easily. But I did purchase the black tie warranty, so as soon as I am able to let my dear Maggie (it's what I named my MacBook) out of my hands for a few days, I'll have her fixed :) But as for now, she works just fine!

The only part of this buying experience that was substandard was the delay in rewarding points into my account. Other than that...it was great. Loved finding the MacBook Pro at Best Buy, loved that they priced matched with MacMall, and loved how quick the checkout was.

Easy setup. Great battery life. Software loading a breeze.

i was a pc user so i wasn't very sure about the change but i did it, and i don't regret it, is very user friendly, so if you don't want to complicate your life, a mac is the best choice, nice design, good display, i like my mac

I am a high school student who has a lot of essays that have to be typed in MLA format. I almost always bring my macbook to class to take notes, or to do assignments. This laptop may not be the fastest on the market, but for what you're paying, it's certainly worth it. This laptop is far superior than any other laptop when it comes to multi-tasking. The macbook pro allows you to have multiple spaces, or desktops, open so you can do many things without having a cluttered home screen. Overall, I gave this laptop the best rating I could because it is simply the best computer for any student. However, this laptop may not be the best for gaming, or music, but it certainly works well for a computer that does just about everything.

I am a long time Mac fan. This computer replaced one that was 8 yrs old (and still working!). I am quite pleased with the performance, build and quality of this product. Mac could do a bit better on the sound system, but other than that, its great.

I LOVE this computer. It does everything I need it to do and so much more. I am a college student and having a reliable computer is very important. I would definitely recommend this and it is worth every penny. My favorite computer of all time! they have many different sizes and you can get the best one for you.

Never owned a macbook but decided to buy one because I could use windows through bootcamp. I love windows, but I do not like pc-laptops. Absolutely love this machine. I would never buy any other laptops, with this I can have best of both worlds.

I'd recommend this product for the use of everyone. Great for school purposes, work, or just web browsing. Easy to use, and let's you personalize its settings to your liking as best as you'd like. I'm greatly satisfied with my new MacBook Pro.
