First time apple computer buyer and I'm not disappointed what so ever! I would recommend it to anybody looking for a new laptop. I was thinking about getting the macbook air but I wanted more memory so I went with the macbook pro 500GB. I look forward to using this computer for a long time!

After every other year of getting a new pc laptop, I finally decided to go with the MacBook Pro. This model is perfect for me because my primary usage will be for Grad School. I am glad that I made this smart investment.

After recently just having problems with my Dell I bought last year, I decided to get an Apple. Overall I am really satisfied. I haven't had any problems with it like my old Dell laptop. I would recommend this to anyone.

Wish I had gone Mac a long time ago. Don't know what I was afraid of. Easy set up... LOVE IT!!!!

This is my first Mac. I am so happy. My mom and dad gave this to me as 15th birthday present. I had a windows laptop before and an iPad. It's works so fast. I never had a problem. I used this primarily for school purposes. Thank you Steve Jobs, mah parents, and GOD

i absolutely love it there is nothing that i don't like about it.. it works great for my personal time and college time.. i couldn't ask for a better computer!!

This Mac is simple to use but being the first buyer for it, the mouse pad gets use to. The graphics are great and having a video cam is an awesome benefit.

If you hate waiting for things to load on your pc buy this computer. Push the power button to turn it on and you can get on safari in under 40 seconds or anything else.

My MacBook Pro was up and running in ten minutes. The wireless configured; my email was set up and picking up emails and there was no lengthy signing in and downloading programs. As a long time PC user it took me a day or two to get used to some of the features. I was always trying too hard to find something when it was pretty much right in front of me. I also appreciate how Pages and Numbers (a separate APP purchase) work seamlessly with my Word and Excel documents. The computer cost a little more than I was wanting to spend but so far it has been worth it!

This is my first Mac, and I love it. Takes a bit to get use to, but now I am very pleased with my notebook. I would recommend it for people who are in school or just for personal needs.

I bought this MacBook as a gift for myself and it is everything I expected a Mac product to be. I've been using MAC computers for more than 20 years now and I'm always pleased with what they sell. Every time I open the cover it is a pleasure to use. The only thing I don't really like is that It is taken a bit of time to get use to the track pad. I might have to use a magic mouse when i use CS5 apps. But other than that I'm very pleased with it when using other apps.

The MAC was purchased to replace one that mysteriously had a beverage dumped onto it. As far as we know the recipient has been using the new MAC without incident. We purchased the replacement insurance deal just in case another mishap occurs. Cheers to Best Buy for carrying the item and the replacement warranty!

LOVE my Apple laptop. Moving from a desktop to a laptop, was a challenge, but I've been very pleased with how easy it is to nagivate. Would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to make the switch from desktop computer.

Great price with comparable specs to an 1200 Vaio. Never expected/ planned to won a mac but had the money and it was the better deal. This is a great machine for the price.

Let's just say I strayed temporarily and bought a "cheaper" lap top (Acer) that was half the price based on the fact that I needed a Windows based operating system to transfer 15 years of Quickbooks business data onto. I have a personal iMac 9,1 so I'm well versed with both systems. Long story short.....I'm quite spoiled with Apple products as they "just work". I've bought and returned several "comparable" non-Apple devices because they waste my time. Right out of the box, it was obvious this laptop was top-notch quality. I installed Parallels 7 on it ($34) and Windows 7 sytem builder pac ($100) and the computer works flawlessly (except for Windows, of course). My Quicbooks data restored fine, and I'm happy as a clam. If you pay $500 for a lap top, you will pay in "other" ways.

I had a 2008 15" MacBook Pro and after purchasing this new late-2011 13" MacBook Pro, I can tell you that the improvement in all functions is phenomenal! Now, it's my primary computer. My 2010 iMac is getting very lonely!

I purchased the MacBook Pro and was concerned I would have trouble making the transition from Windows. Mac makes everything easy and I am learning more things that I can do on this computer every day. Glad I purchased it.

This is a good product. Once you learn its differences from PC's, you'll appreciate its seamless intricacies. A fine product.

This is my first Mac computer. I was so close to buy a pc computer, but when the nice ladie in best buy explain me about the great performance in the mac laptops, I didn't think twice and I bought my macbook pro.

Been always using PC's but my son got me into buying this MacBook Pro and I am so very happy to have listened to him. I had bought a Laptop and ended up returning it for this Mac. This is an excellent computer
