Don’t pay the extra money for this IPad. AI is invasive and annoying- absolutely not worth it to me

the product is exactly as expected. but the in store experience of this best buy is really awful honestly. for this particular experience i waited for almost 45 minutes waiting for an associate to unlock the case that had the smart folio i needed for the ipad i just purchased. which is insane, why does only one employee have the correct key to unlock a product that im sure sells multiple times a day? in general, this store has just been going down hill for years. takes forever to get someone to help you, all the “demo” units that are out are broken(other than the apple section, because apple would never allow that to happen). if there was a better in person shopping option in town for electronics i would not ever step foot in this store again. just a really bad experience and none of the employees i have intersected with seem to care. chattanooga is a growing city, you’d think that a company as big as best buy would like to have a strong presence but again its a last resort option for me to step in this store. i go in best buy’s in other cities while traveling and they’re beautiful and well stocked and have all the new and exciting electronics out for people to experience and this one is nowhere near that. do better

Everything was fine but the box was a little dirty.

Very good iPad for kids battery don’t last long but for kids is good

It is just ok, settings are some time difficult to deal with.

Thus is my first time using an ipad. Was not informed before purchasing that this ipad operates by wifi not wireless.

This was an open box item listed as “Excellent.” Was delivered after promised time and I needed to buy elsewhere as it was needed at a specific time. I took the item to BB for return unopened but noticed, as it was being unpacked, the charger and cord was missing. How is that excellent? Not what I’ve seen in the past from Best Buy.

Visited my local Best Buy to purchase a tablet to record volleyball games for Hudl. I know nothing about electronics so told the employee what I needed it for and this is what he recommended and sold me. Found out after that this is the ONLY Apple tablet NOT recommended for HUDL and have had nothing but issues using it for this purpose. $800 wasted so do not purchas for HUDL purposes and further….do NOT rely on employees to recommend products

Does what it needs too. Camera not that great could be better.

I think I will like it once I figure it out. It is just enough different from previous IPad that navigating it has made it difficult. A bit more introduction would have been a tremendous help, especially for one who has limited experience.

Nothing new no big chances if you have m2 and want to upgrade to m3 not worth it go to the pro in stead

The battery runs down fast. I am sad. I thought it would be better.

I was happy to upgrade my ipad however, very disappointed in the battery life of this. I will be returning this ipad.

Its not upto the mark and the battery is draining too fast

The IPad we bought is great. It’s working well. The service we got at BB was very inadequate. The service trying to buy the item was poor. We stood around waiting for long periods of time only to be told to order it on line. When we finally got the item,we bought Apple care to help with the transition and was told to come back 7 hours later. The product is a good product. I will look elsewhere next time.

I purchased this IPad for $599. I picked up the IPad 4/17. Bestbuy then put it on sale for $499 so I contacted Bestbuy 5/3 to get a price adjustment. They said I’m 1 day outside the window and they cannot honor the price adjustment. I have been a long time customer of Bestbuy. I will be deleting my app. Cutting up my credit card and will never purchase anything from them and tell everyone how petty they have apparently become. I always held Bestbuy as a step above every other store for all my electronics purchases. Obviously the customer does not come first anymore. Hard to believe after all the years and all the business that this is how they treat a loyal customer. Cell phones, refrigerators, microwave, vcrs, DVD player, many video games and several consoles, 3 old fashion tvs, and 4 flat screens, a surround sound, a sound bar, a videotape transfer device, a couple vacuums, toys, phone cases, headphones, and on and on. Just hard to believe they stuck it to me after my years of loyalty.

Nice, but do NOT use it with Verizon. They are the worst company to active phones or anything with. They will lie to you and hang up on you, even the supervisors. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!

Haven’t played with it enough to give it a better rating. So far I’m good

Had to return due to screen was malfunctioning. Recommend having them take out any open box and check in front of you before leaving store.
