Had to go to the Geek Squad and have the iPad taken back to the factory setting, but otherwise is perfect.

Have had iPads for years. Last one was a 64gb, still in great condition. This one 256gb, needed for all the iOS updates which take a lot of room.

BB had a $100 price off. Traded in my M1 iPad Air. The M3 is not that much different with the exception of Apple Intelligent and the M3 chip which adds speed and mor functionality if you do more things than just surfing and watch movies.

The IPad Air M3 has turned out to be a great purchase. It was easy to set up and clearly reflects the high Apple build quality. It has met or exceeded all of my expectations. When I went to the Mission Valley store to purchase the IPad as well as an hp printer, I was so fortunate to be helped by Matthew. He provided truly outstanding customer service. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me through every step of the selection and purchase process. Best Buy will continue to be successful with Matthew and people like him on the team.

I bought this tablet because I expect tariffs to increase the price in the next few months. The tablet works perfectly, it's just not up to par with my Android based Samsung. Litte things like having no arrow key on the app based keyboard make simple Android tasks like editing a word cumbersome. My next tablet will be a Samsung.

Loving this iPad over my mini . The screen and the extra fast M3 processor combo is amazing. If you are in the market for a new iPad, dont hesitate to buy this.

Its one of the best Christmas present my son has gotten, loves watching his apps, movies, videos, playing his games and face timing his friends.

I think the iPad has been a great investment, and apple products are generally good and has great performance with little to no issues. Best Buy has been great with customer care and helped me throughout my purchasing process.

I’m really impressed with this tablet. The display is bright and clear, and everything runs smoothly. It’s perfect for browsing the internet, watching videos, reading, and even doing some work. The battery life is great and lasts most of the day without needing to recharge. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable to hold. Overall, a great product that I would definitely recommend.

iPad, air or pro was the question. I have owned several generations of iPads ever since the second gen was released. Getting used to the new features but it seems to hav blended some of the better features of Windows into the new iOS. Slightly larger physically but seems to be much bigger screen than last iPad. 256GB should be enough.

I was in the market for a tablet to be used primarily for productivity, notetaking, and convenience of accessing work/personal project information on the go, and the iPad Air delivers. As with all Apple products, its easy to use - no real barriers to setup or tricky configuration steps for apps, which is a plus. I also bought Apple Pencil Pro and love the functionality, but ended up finding writing on-screen a bit wonting without the use of an aftermarket screen cover that has more of a natural feel (I went with Paperlike's protector and Pencil tip and am much happier with the Pencil feel on screen).

So far very happy with my new iPad. Light weight and slick look. Quick responce when moving from one app to another.

This is my first experience with an Appl product. I like it. It is nice screen size. It is taking some time to get use to, with the gestures, this being my first time. But I like how it works, how it feels. I like the modes. Has a pretty good battery life. still try to see what all I can do on it.

Great product Apple never disappoints. Very fast and easy to operate

I have 2 Mini’s which are great, I used them for personal & work. This new 11” iPad is a nice sized iPad for both work and personal use, The graphics are great ( I still have much more to unpack ), The size is perfect, not too small not too big, easy to handle. I have the Apple pen & a folder/case I purchase separately, the magnetized pen/iPad is tucked safely attached. This is just a very versatile and user friendly iPad, I checked out the 13” which in my opinion is too thin, as too all the iPad software on this unit I’m still unpacking. The one thing I regret is not getting one with more than the 128 otherwise I’m pleased.

The Apple ipad surprisingly holds a lot. I opted for the 128gb and that is plenty of memory for me. It’s portability and user friendly interface bridges the gap between smartphones and laptops.

It works great. I use it every day for work. Battery life is great.

I love it so much that it sometimes sleeps with me. I’m very happy with my purchase from Best Buy. Not only they exceeded my customer relations but their good deals are unmatched.
