They are phenomenal, trust the resources that mark this as a good pair of headphones. I truly only recommend it though if you are fully invested into the apple ecosystem, they are no longer the “top of the line” so I would go with other brands if you care solely on music quality but the convenience of the apple ecosystem inclusion made it easy for me to pull the trigger and get one. It connects to my iPad, iPhone, MBP

They are really good and the noise cancellation is amazing.

I love my AirPod Max. I bought a pair originally last year, and they just went out, so instead of paying Apple $355 to get them repaired, I just went to Best Buy and bought another pair. Best decision I could make, I just don't want to be without them. Never owned a pair of headphones like these. The best part about being a Best Buy cardholder is all the perks that come with the online purchase, and being able to pull up outside and bring them straight to your vehicle. I love Best Buy and purchasing from them as I'm typing this review!!!!

The AirPods Max Pro are an excellent choice for Apple users who want luxury headphones with outstanding performance and are willing to pay for a high-end experience.

Work great and sound incredible. A little pricey, but super easy to connect to other Apple devices, Sound cancellation is awesome!

I really wanted to like these a lot more. I think they're not exactly worth the price. They sound good, but they sound just as good as other high-quality headphones, like Bose or Beats. They have really good noise cancellation, though, which is a plus, and I appreciate where the knobs are for turning up the volume or switching to noise cancellation or transparency. They're good for traveling, and sound fairly well.

I don’t know what’s going on with bestbuy recently. Bought two of these open box excellent AirPods Max which were supposed to look brand new but both came with stains and have about only 6 months warranty left. When connected to my iPhone 17 pro max by Bluetooth, the audio sometimes gets cut in and out when I’m using other apps. Not sure if it’s iPhone’s issue or the AirPods’.

Love the color. Has the starlight ones prior and the color did not suit me. I stretch these so they didn’t feel as tight on my head
