The sound is awesome and so comfy, light weight and the color is good.

They're comfy, physically isolate noise way better and have mildly better transparency. The Pros have a better sound signature, more resolving. In the other hand they're so deep that It can put you in jeopardy while crossing the street.

long battery and amazing fit i would recommend this headset and when your using it on your computer or a device an you have it on it will change devices like if im using this on my phone then start using my computer it will move to the computer audio its very handy

This was a very good purchase. I really enjoy the more neutral sound profile of the AirPods Max vs the WH-1000XM5 that I normally use. Even though they weigh more (383g vs 250g), the headband distributes the weight very well and as a result, it isn't fatiguing. The ear pads are so comfortable and the depth of the ear cup feels great. It has a very neutral, slightly warm character but much better bass and sub-bass response, so it is just great right out of the box. The clarity was shocking to me at first, too. The recent firmware update enabling USB-Audio over USB-C works beautifully well. It also works flawlessly over USB-C with my Windows 11 desktop, too. It is great to use for lossless audio and also have it remain charged up, too. I don't really use this in areas needing great noise canceling, but it is obvious that the ANC is quite good.

These Head Phones are the Best at Noise Cancelling I have Ever Heard. Or, Not Heard, Pun Intended. Soft Fitting, Easy Recharging, and the Distance away from the Source of Music or anything Broadcast is Remarkable!

These headphones are fantastic! They sound great and the noise cancelling/transparency is phenomenal. The ANC blocks out just about everything. The transparency mode sounds just like nothing is over my ears. I’ve tried and returned other premium headphones similar to these and these are by far the best. The only complaint I have is that they’re a little heavy and a bit pricey compared to other premium headphones. If you’re willing to work around those two things, these are a great buy!

Bought these for my son who was going away for school he loves them and wears them all the time, initially he wanted them for the gym and workouts but uses them for games and phone calls. He says the sound is great and they hold a good charge goong days before he has to recharge.

I’ve been using the AirPods Max for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say they offer one of the best listening experiences available—if you’re willing to pay the high price. Sound Quality: The audio quality is exceptional. The sound is rich, detailed, and well-balanced across all genres. Whether it’s music, podcasts, or movies, everything sounds immersive. The spatial audio feature with head tracking really shines during movie watching—it feels like a mini theater. Noise Cancellation & Transparency: Apple nailed the Active Noise Cancellation. It blocks out most ambient noise without making your ears feel pressured. The Transparency mode is just as impressive—super natural-sounding, almost like you’re not wearing headphones at all. Design & Comfort: The build feels premium, with aluminum ear cups and a breathable mesh headband. They’re a bit heavy compared to other headphones, and comfort can depend on head shape and how long you wear them. For short to medium sessions, they’re great—but some might find them tiring after long use.

Best for: First-time AirPods Max buyers or those needing USB‑C compatibility; not worth upgrading if you already own the Lightning version.

Love these! My first time using them was on a flight with a crying child seated behind me for an hour flight. The noise cancellation feature was amazing. I was able to enjoy my music without the various sounds on the plane, including the crying child. They also fit comfortably over my ears. This is my first pair of over the head headphones, I highly recommend.

I had the lightning version of these for years and then went for the newer version to get USB-C across all my devices. The sound quality, noise cancellation, and usability are unmatched across any other wireless headphones I've ever tried. I love the option of using the cable for true lossless listening, as well. Buy once, cry once.

I really like Apple AirPods Max. This is the first time I've bought this product from Best Buy/Apple. I got the lovely purple color. They are comfortable and seem to have better sound quality and noise cancellation than my previous headphones. I hope they will hold up better than previous brands of headphones.

Device is easy to pair. Music is fabulous listening in it. Comfortable for the over ear headphones!

Sound is good and the mesh is comfortable. I had JBL headphones with pleather ear pads which deteriorated over time. I couldn’t use them for working out. I work from home and use these to make calls. I wear them for hours at a time. I was hoping for deeper bass for the price but still good. Getting them to connect at first is a pain but happy with the purchase. Bought another pair for my husband.
