Really happy with the comfort of the headphones as well as the sound quality. The noise cancellation does feel like I am on a plane but I got used to it fairly quick ◡̈

The build of the headphones are top notch. I am not a big fan of the sound quality of the headphones. A solid B for overall sound. Lacks bass in my opinion. Great ANC. Still a little bothered by the fact there is no on and off switch.

Love the new colors, although I miss the silver. I switched to the starlight color. The adding of lossless via USB-C is exceptional. I am not an audiophile. I am an average user. The sound is fine for me with heavy base and its noise cancelling features. Wish it had a different storage case, however you can find some good ones on Amazon. I wish Apple did more to updating the device after 4 years, but the USB-C is a good add. My old AirPods Max needed an update anyway. Best Buy has some awesome trade-in deals. Check them out.

The Apple AirPods Max are absolutely incredible. The sound quality is rich, clear, and immersive, and the noise cancellation is on another level. They’re super comfortable to wear, even for long periods, and everything just works seamlessly. I honestly love them—definitely one of the best audio purchases I’ve made.

I use these every day at work. I love the way they feel and fit. The buttons took some getting used to and I still have no idea how to use them on a call.

My Grandchildren loves them. Brought two The sound is clear with no static. The volume is low and they can hear what their listening to and what's going on outside which is important to me.

great sound, great fit. Not a fan of the purse you have to store them in especially since they bang together when you take them out which will eventually chip the finish. Love that all my devices are apple so the transition from one to the next is seamless. A little disappointed that they done connect via usb to my devices for wired sound

When that is off, you can't hear any of the ambient sounds. The earpieces are perfect. They fit fully over my ears and form fit to them.

My gosh where do I begin?! Let’s begin with the fact that these headphones DO NOT HURT OR PUT PRESSURE ON THE EARS! It has a rectangular frame that allows the ear to be free! The audio on these headphones is just magical! These are #1!
