Seller did not update me in 2 days like it said online and I had to reach out and they still did not give me a definite date of my refund. I reached out to Best Buy and was given a date which I did not receive a refund still on that said date. Two weeks. No refund.

Took phone to Best Buy diagnostics and failed. Told the phone is from a third party seller so not backed by Best Buy.

I ordered one device and they sent me another one different color with the scratch in the screen and lock it now I have a problem to activate that device.
