We purchased this phone for my daughter, and when it arrived, it had multiple scratches and visible damage on both the screen and the body. The listing also stated that the phone would include an inbuilt screen protector and guard, but those were missing as well. Please be aware of this issue and inspect the phone immediately upon delivery. Unfortunately, our return request was declined, and we are now out $380 for a damaged device. We hope this feedback helps prevent similar issues for other customers.

The phone arrived in a box with a new USB charging cord (no USB plug). The phone was in very good condition and ready to be set up for a new user. I downloaded my iCloud backup and we were ready to go! Definitely worth the money for the refurbished phone.

Phone came in excellent condition! Everything works and the phone was unlocked so I easily transferred it over to my new service.

The phone internally is in great conditions but physically is not as promised, the camera has issues on the borders and the screen has some damage as well

The phone arrived on time and phone physically looked great. Unfortunately, the bottom 2 speakers was not working, I couldn’t hear any sound nor can anyone hear me when I called, therefore I had to return back to company that sold it due to speakers issue. I am currently waiting for my refund, seems it can take a while for refund to be completed. Hopefully I won’t have any problems with this. Hope this helps someone.

This was a terrible purchase. In less than 3 months of owning the phone, I started experiencing glitches. The phone came chipped, and would randomly freeze. It also made random calls on its own and would even log into my bank account and start transferring money. Sometimes the phone would shut down on its own, and even when on I am unable to send or receive text messages/make calls. When I set alarms the phone would ring like twice and then snooze itself. It is almost as if the phone was hacked. It would also randomly open my social media accounts like tik tok and send random videos to people. This is the most terrible purchase I have ever made and then they would not let me return the phone or get a refund. Now I am stuck with a phone that does not work. Do not waste your money buying this.
