Expected more. I heard about all of the features, I need to take the time to research what’s different/new.

Unfortunately the battery wouldn’t stay charged. The day before I returned it I had to charge the phone twice. I ended up purchasing a new iPhone 16 Pro Max from the Apple Store because T-Mobile doesn’t work with Bestbuy and they didn’t offer an unlocked 16. The new phone is amazing and the battery barely drops all day. Nice to hear other people had a positive experience with the 15 but it didn’t work out for me. This is one of the only negative transactions I’ve experienced with Bestbuy

This phone is very bad because the employee lied to me, saying it was just opened and had no defects, but it later turned out that the screen and camera had been replaced.

We are still testing because only after the purchase did we notice that the cell phone was not new. Anyway... for now I can give it 3 stars because we don't know what might happen.

I bought this phone, only had a 15 day warranty on it I find out later. I gave it for a Christmas present and then spent the next two weeks trying to activate it- no dice. I tried online, on the app, hours on the phone with Verizon, they told me to go back to Best Buy- when my son went there, they only said, "Wow, we've never seen this before- you need to go back to the manager." This isn't a warranty issue- this is that the phone is tied to another carrier. It's now a $1000 paperweight. Been trying to contact Best Buy about this for the last week with no long. Very dissapointed.

Had this phone (judged as in excellent condition) for 2 months and the display went out. Best Buy wanted to charge me $400 to replace the display. This company and their geek squad are a bunch of criminals. Never again will I use them

The battery was below 80%, I was expecting more for a 800 USD phone.

The iPhone was never unlocked and I couldn’t get service for it, therefore I didn’t make the purchase.

What a joke. Heats up so badly that my hands almost burnt- like touching a curling iron. Definitely not reviewed properly by a tech team. And a terrible return window of 15 days.

The folks at BB Las Cruces were totally excellent in every way. They were intelligently helpful & kind thruout a series of bad events. The 1st phone delivered had a small crack in the display. Small, but cracks crawl. Sent back. The 2nd, arrived with already low battery. Prior to purchase the phone rep I spoke with pre-order "guaranteed 99% battery upon arrival." Sent back. I felt my only option was to buy a totally New 16 pro max.

It was great i love it. Best purchase got here on time

I had a problem with the eSIM that required me to bring the phone back. Best Buy worked well with me to solve the issue and trade in for a new phone.

Have battery issues .

iPhone received and was not able to use. iPhone over heated and would not let me pass the hello screen.

Nothing wrong with the phone itself. However, because it was refurbished, when I tried to activate it, the phone company could not do so because it was still 'associated' with another phone number. Hence I had to return it as it was useless.

Not happy at all . I got the iPhone 15pro max and it does not work at all and it’s unlock . I will not pay one again

extremely upset, guy sold me a pre owned iphone and i ended up not needing the phone and returned it. the lady at returns said because it was over $800 they had to mail me a check. months later some random person cashed the check and best buy told me they didnt care and it was my problem!!!!!
