Very quick and easy interaction, the gentleman at the counter knew all of the specs and details right away and was very quick to find it when I wanted to purchase it. Device quality is practically brand new besides the obvious battery issues that come with age of any device. Fantastic transaction overall and I’ve been recommending friends to go if they need a phone In a pinch

The phone itself was good. I didnt replace the battery and it would die alot but after a battery replacement, good as new.

It works great, it is smaller than anticipated, but that is ok.

I love the condition this phone was in. I didn’t even have to change cases from my iphone 7. One gripe i have is that the phone’s battery can drain a bit too fast for me. But that is to be expected from a refurbished product

Daughter needed a new phone in an emergency and being she breaks them so often I was not buying her brand new. I picked up this refurbished one, the screen and body were fine. Charging port sometimes acts up, but has wireless charging so no biggie. Battery life could have been better based on the price. Felt I paid a bit more than I should have for this refurbished device, but again In a hurry for a new phone.

Good phone for the price. Definitely worth the money

The phone was only set up for use yesterday, but I had a iPhone se previously and i enjoy the ease of use. I would like to say, Diane, the Tech at Best Buy in Patchogue who set up my phone, was above WONDERFUL. She was polite, Professional, Understanding, and Knowledgeable. Lovely young lady!

The size of the phone makes it very easy to carry in my purse, pocket and almost any container I carry, including my hand. The quality of the phone is good and I have no problem using the camera.

I like the fact that it fits perfectly in my hand. I do not like the it will stall sometimes. I use it for work with my marketing which helps A LOT

I give this product high marks. I cannot give it a 5 as there is ALWAYS room from improvement.

The Apple iPhone SE was in great condition and it was easy to transfer all my data to from my old 5SE

I needed this as an "emergency backup" camera for long-form video shoots. I decided to return it because I needed one with larger storage capacity. But it worked as advertised. Battery could last longer.

I owned this same phone previously and really liked it, and was looking to replace it. Best Buy offered the most competitive price for the phone, and it was packaged very well. I did not have any issues getting it "up and running" with my carrier (XFinity Mobile), and I have been using it now for nearly a month without any problems whatsoever - great purchase!
