Performance is smooth for everyday tasks, but the biggest drawback is the battery life it doesn’t stay charged as long as I expected it too. Also, it’s a little odd that the inside doesn’t even say “MacBook.” Overall, good for light use, but not ideal if you need all-day power.

Four stars it does everything. I am so happy I buy it. You won’t regret it. It has fingerprint recognition it has password. The color is beautiful. The screen is wow magnificent

It excels at all three tasks. Better than I could of asked for, however my only drawback is the battery life. I feel sometimes it drains quickly and charges a bit slow

I was immediately assisted by someone who led me to the department I needed. Within minutes I was well informed on the product I was interested in and purchased it. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes, on probably one of the most busiest times of year. This was a great experience.

Was not happy with Geek Squad and what they did not tell us to bring with us when we came to pick it up after it was supposed to be ready to use. I spent several hours on the phone with Apple Tech Support who helped me to set up the email, install Malwarebytes, and learn how to use it. Have had only a few glitches so far. I just call Apple to get some help.
