I bought this as a present for my son and he loves it. He says it does everything that you'd expect for a MacBook. It operates fast and has great graphics.

The caps lock was defective on the device. It would not turn on when clicked at times. I was able to return the device and exchange it for a different one. Hopefully the device keys coming in works better. The computer is very fast compared to the last MacBook

My granddaughter is very pleased with her macbook. She said it is very easy to use and she just love it. I thank the salesman at Best Buy for his recommendation.

Got a refurbished unit and it looked brand new. Came in original box with packaging. Couldn’t be happier with product and discount.

I upgraded from a 2016/2017 MacBook Air and the difference is astronomical. I love how big the screen is and how much storage is on there. I bought this for school and I think it’s going to do well.

This is a perfect laptop for a college student. It replaced a 5-year old MacBook Air, and the difference in speed and heat emission is night-and-day! The new Apple M processors work much better than the traditional Intel ones.

Upgraded my daughters ipad and purchased this mac. She was having connection issues with the ipad on campus but seems to be enjoying her new Mac. Using Best buys financing makes it alot less painful purchasing it.

I finally retired my early 2013 MacBook Pro 15" (it still ran!), and this gem is so much more powerful! Best Buy's price on "tax-free weekend" was less than buying it from Apple, so I saved a lot by buying it at Best Buy!

I've spilled a full 12 oz of water on the key board, opps. Dried it out and it still works great. Fast, quality all good.

Love this laptop, I use it for school and all applications run great and fast! If you were looking to use this for college courses, this laptop would be great!

I am used to Apple products, so this was the new choice for expansion in memory, for me! The ease of use is fairly simple as I am not a techie!
