Only works through Apple TV I just wanted something to flip through my iPod touch when I'm across the room or maybe I just didn't do it right.I sent it back.

You cannot raise the volume and quality is not up to par with other apple products!

Way too hard to type passwords and usernames through apple TV. Needs mouse like functionality so you can point and click when typing.

Could not use this with a Mac laptop, so returned it to the store.

The Apple TV remote is as basic as it gets and as slow as it gets to use. But I needed it as I lost the original.

this model is for first version of Apple TV; it works intermittently at best. get the newest version.

I was not happy because it was not compatible with my IMAC.

If you have a remote from the 4th gen Apple TV or later, this remote will not suffice. Buy the remote that came with your Apple TV, this is a serious step in the wrong direction.

Bought this because the BB website said it worked with Macbook and i do presentations regularly. This remote works on IR and macbooks quit doing that a long tome ago

Said it would work on a Mac book pro and would not.

Lost remote that came with Apple TV, this is so-so.

I had this for one week when the right side just stopped working. I can use it to navigate any other direction but right. I use this remote infrequently so it probably lasted longer than if I used it every day.

Does not work Bluetooth with an iPod or an iPhone 12 max.

Bought this here because it was the cheapest I could find but it paired and worked for one night on my Apple TV so it is completely useless and I am stuck using the remote app on my iPhone and Apple Watch(which I'm not a big fan of)

Like all things Apple, it is overpriced and works sometimes.

Just won't connect to new apple tv. Make sure you know before you buy if your apple tv supports it.

This device didn't work for all of the devices on the comparability list. It didn't work for any laptop or desktop, iPhone, or iPod touch as it says it can. Also tried with an iPad Air 2. Will be returned to store

Had to go thru two of these recently from my daughter. Not that she was doing anything bad with it either, but again should be made better. Save money and use your phone as the remote.

Totally didnt work with my mac which was beyond disappointing. Product like this should work with ALL macs! Brought it back.
