I needed another one of these because I lost mine in a move. I was surprised about how cheap it was to get a replacement being that is an apple product. It is actually very easy to pair it to an existing apple tv.

I love using this remote, no batteries required, very light, and easy to use.

Hard to go wrong with the most simple remote on the planet, honestly. I can imagine if you have large hands it could basically disappear under your fingers, but if you aren't ham fisted with it you really won't want to go back to a normal IR remote after.

I needed this since one of my dogs took the original as a chew toy. The staff was super friendly and took me right to the remote. Gave me a quick tutorial on how to pair the device and I was on my way. Easy peazy. Love my local Best Buy!

If you own an Apple TV and you have kids, make sure you have a backup remote handy. This is the official Apple TV remote and we keep it hidden away from the kids in case they lose the other one. Works like a charm!

My remote communicates with my tv just like it is supposed to. Since this is the age of entitlement, and people somehow need to be recognized for doing things they are supposed to, I heap unlimited praise all over this new remote I purchased.

It is easy to set up to apple TV. Easy to use. Small so it is easily lost.

I had friends that purchased a knock-off brand and their remote quit working. We lost our remote and replaced it with this Apple remotfe. It has worked flawlessly since we bought it.

This remote is very handy if you like watching movies or TV on your mac computer. It works best when watching a DVD or via a media player (like VLC or Quicktime), but you can raise or lower the volume of the computer at any time with this remote.

Just glad someone like Best Buy still sells these spares. Had to go to Best Buy on other side of town to make sure to get one of these as our original remote from years ago started acting up. These remotes are good and I don't know if we need the upgrade to the newer Appletvs as they seem a bit overpriced compared to what the original Appletvs were when they came out.

Bought because my toddler “lost” the other one. And now this one is missing too. Downloaded the app on the phone so hopefully he doesn’t “lose” my phone! Otherwise the remote worked as assumed.

I keep having to buy these because I forget to pack it when traveling. You need one of these to setup the Apple TV on a new network. The Apple TV remote app will not work for this purpose.

This is a must for Apple TV but it quickly gets lost or misplaced.

We had purchased an Apple TV a few years ago and lost the remote. After trying to struggle with apps and other options it was such a relief to find the remote and get back to using the Apple TV like we used to. Very happy with the product.

$20 for an apple product, why not? Came in handy when I lost my previous one. I probably need to go back and get a second just to be on the safe side. Good job Apple

Had to buy a replacement since my 2 year old lost the original. Good product and I will recommend you put a glow in the dark cover if you have little kids.

Awesome replacement Apple TV Remote. I lost my original remote (I've actually lost multiple remotes because they are so thin and small.) and replaced it with this unit. Plug & play and worked perfectly out of the box.

Perfect for what I needed to do I originally purchased one from Amazon which did not work so I needed to get the original Apple product and it worked as needed
