    I bought this remote as a cheaper alternative to the siri-enabled one (I lost it during a move unfortunately). It does the job, but it's definitely not nearly as convenient as its counterpart. It also doesn't allow you to turn the volume up, which I would assume any half-decent remote would do, so I would not recommend this. You're better off just to use the remote app on the iPhone.
