Works great with my apple tv. Easy to navigate. Slim look.

Great quick fix it all option. I bought a Apple TV off a offer up and it was very cheap little that I know I didn't come with a remote which normally is an a problem considering I could use my iPhone or iPad as a remote but to set it up from the beginning you do need a remote so since I lived a few blocks away this is a great option

I was super happy to see that not only did Best Buy have this remote in stock but the curbside pick up was fast, safe, and efficient. I love my Apple TV and being able to get a replacement remote has been super helpful. It immediately connected to my Apple TV with no efforts.

Easy to use, but can get lost easily because it's so small.

I lost my Apple TV remote and noticed that mine is an older generation and so I didn't think that Best Buy would carry this remote and boy I was wrong. Thank you Best Buy for carrying this item! Technology changes so much that its scary if something you purchased just a year ago will still be carried at an electronics store or an accessory.

Best remote I have ever had so easy to use and light weight

This is a simple product - it's just a remote with a menu button, play/pause button, and 4 directional buttons for navigation. I bought one to replace a lost Apple TV 3rd gen remote and it works perfectly. It also works on my Macbook Pro (2012 model). Overall, works perfectly.

The most frustrating thing about this remote, aside from it being microscopic in size, is the fact that it has about 2 months of use in it before the bottom button just gives out completely. Ensuring you have to repurchase a remote frequently. There is an app you can use on your phone that will act as a remote if it’s needed.

During a move we lost the remote to our Apple TV—I spent way too much time doing research, trying to save a dollar or two by purchasing an off-brand replacement. My wife went to Best Buy, picked this up for around twenty dollars, and now we can watch TV again. Bottom line: it works exactly as it should.

This is a great remote. Simple enough for my three year old, but we often spend evenings trying to find the remote only to use our iPhones to operate our Apple TV.

The remote was easy to understand and use. Although it was a little bit on the small side, it was a little difficult to use.

This is such a small and slim remote that my wife would constantly lose it When eventually we figured it fell in the trash can So I bought the replacement and it is perfect. You can add additional remotes to your Apple TV so this makes it a great way to have a backup.

We were so glad Best Buy carries a replacement remote so we didn’t have to wait for an amazon order or visit an Apple store. My online purchase was super easy and we picked it up at the store in an hour. We are very satisfied. It doesn’t get an easier than that.

Easy to connect to Apple TV, works perfectly, good price

Works well, great sensitivity, yet remote is small and slim. The small size makes this product easy to misplace. This is our 2nd time purchasing a replacement.

First of all - Apple should not make a remote so thin, small and basically easy to misplace! This remote cannot be found anywhere else but Best Buy! This is the 3rd time one of our kids lost it & had to replace. Thank you Best Buy!! We are now back happy with our original Apple TV.
