Great Product, Bad Instructions

Followed the pairing instructions, tried several times to pair, didn't work. I returned the remote and exchanged for another one only to have the same issue. Realized that although the instructions said to hold the Right arrow and the Menu button a the same time, found out that it worked when I held the Left arrow down and the Menu button....frustrating way to accomplish an otherwise simple task!
