I recently lost my original remote and was using my iPhone to control my Apple TV and I passed this in the store and decided to buy it I’m not disappointed. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

It’s almost a 1 star, if it had to be paired, set up, etc. It’s outdated.

Saved by Best Buy's "order and pick up same day". It was very easy to order "online as other options", but getting the same day was to good to pass up. Most online stores take two days for delivery.

We lost ours and needed a new one. Have to have this or you will have a heck of time trying to get your Apple TV to work as you want

I was leery because it’s so small, but I am happy with it except I wish it had of come with more directions as it took trial and error to figure out some of the functionality.

My old remote control was acting inconsistently after a few years, so I decide it was time to try a different approach, I purchase this new control and no more erratics movements.

This is the second remote we purchase. The first one was eaten by one of our dogs. It works. It does what it is supposed to, nothing fancy or special. I am waiting to see how durable it really is.

Misplaced .. later found .. Apple TV remote. Not a biggie to me. But it was driving family crazy. Hopefully lesson learned and remotes get put away where they are supposed to be.

I had an old gen 1 Apple TV and couldn’t find the remote anywhere. Picked this up once I realized I couldn’t pair the newer remotes with the older Apple TV. It works like a charm.

Works as it should. Only problem is the platform. Apple makes everything so proprietary that it's hard to integrate with non Apple products

My daughter misplaced her first one so I bought a new one. I had a little trouble trying to connect it in the beginning but was able to get it to work.

It's too slender, it gets lost easily. I have had five of these remotes because I have to keep replacing them. They either get lost or just stop working. I have replaced batteries and they still won't work. I can't stand these remotes!

what's to review?? My old one got lost in a move so had to replace it. Not much to go wrong here! So yes, if you need an older apple remote, go for it!

I misplaced my Apple TV remote. I am glad Best Buy carry it at the store. Ordered online, picked up on curbside. So convenient. Thank you Best Buy.

I WAS SEARCHING FOR THIS ITEM IN THE WEB AND NEVER FOUND IT, AND HERE IN BEST BUY SAW IT AND BUY IT. IT WAS AN EXCELENT CHOICE TO BUY IT HERE IT IS SO SAFE AND EASY TO BUY HERE.

There are a lot of us still using the original apple TV but the remote is small and is easily lost or broken. Getting a replacement is getting harder and harder. Best Buy had one on the shelf when I got there and I am glad I bought it.

Small enough to lose or misplace. We have three remotes one for each family member. The was reasonable and the special order was received in a couple of days.

I bought this so when I take my apple TV to visit Grandma I do not have to pack the remote. One less thing to lug back and forth.

Great remote. This is a replacement after 7 years of using it everyday, for hours, at my job. Apple rocks!
