This is a replacement for my last gen Apple TV remote. The swipe feature is noe a swipe from the center bitton or you can use left or right clicks with the arrows. Easy to pair and use.

This is a great improvement on the previous Siri remote. I like that the touch area is smaller to avoid accidental touches. I also like that it is a bit bigger and more substantial in hand.

Nice upgrade for the AppleTV. With the new controller scrolling and selection are so much easier, and the addition of the mute button makes this worth the upgrade

I am happy with my current AppleTV 4K and wasn’t convinced the new AppleTV 4K was worth the upgrade at this time, but I had read a lot about the new remote. I was already happy with the previous remote, but I am super impressed with the new one. I feel like it has made my AppleTV 4K feel brand new. I love the ability to fast forward or rewind with the click of a button and also run my thumb around the wheel to fast forward or rewind to the very second or moment I want when using a DVR feature. Also, the “back” button is a terrific addition. I’m in no hurry to upgrade my AppleTV 4K, but this new remote is (in my opinion) THE upgrade to pursue!

I got it to replace the previous gen remote after it stopped working properly, and it has been a great upgrade definitely recommend this over having to deal with tapping on a blank pad.

I like the Apple Siri Remote! It is a great upgrade to the older touchpad remote that shipped with my 4K Apple TV. The Siri remote has a mute button which was missing on my other remote.

This remote is so much better and user friendly when watching in a dark room. I like how the center button can be set to click only or scroll and click. Wish I would have bought sooner.

This remote is so much better than the last-gen touch remote. The addition of the mute button is great. I will be purchasing another one. I do wish the item was cheaper.

Great device. I love apple stuff always have it due to the quality of their items, this was a bit expensive but way better than the prior remote u used to get with the 4th gen apple tv.

I purchase this remote to replace my old one and is much better . Feels great in your hand no issue installing it would recommend to anyone that has Apple TV

Much better than the older AppleTV remotes. Easily pairs with AppleTV (just bring remote close to the AppleTV and it will auto-pair). Siri voice control works well. Power switch can turn on/off all connected ARC equipment. The downside is only one Siri remote can be paired with your AppleTV at a time. I purchased a 2nd remote so my wife and I could have our own handy and was saddened to discover that the AppleTV would only pair to one at a time (which made the 2nd remote redundant for use in our living room but allowed us to use it in another room with a different AppleTV). Well worth buying if you are still using an older AppleTV remote.

Found an Apple TV was missing remote so I come to buy one for it, works great, was a little of a hassle to connect it to Apple TV but otherwise great!

Great upgrade to the original Apple Remote. I appreciate the extra buttons the make the device user friendly. The power button and cursors were a big plus for me.

I wish this was the remote that came with every Apple TV. All I ever knew was the slim black one. This one has some weight to it and works great. I love it.

This new Siri AppleTV remote is an order of magnitude better than the last generation. No more accidental skip over items and better for skipping and jogging forward and backwards.

This new apple remote is the best addition to the apple tv unit, glad they have made the new remote, highly suggest this in place of the touch remote, more usable.

Super improvement! Works great and simple to use, the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it’s still pretty sensitive and cost. There is no forgiveness for even the slightest touch on the center control area of the remote. Pretty costly for an improvement that the consumer has to buy to use the supplier product easier!

This remote works much better than the older Apple TV remote. If you have the older remote, you won’t regret the cost of this one.
