Much better Apple TV remote

Much better remote than the previous generation. Only thing that takes some getting used to is the change of the play/pause and mute button positions.

I hated the remote that came with my Apple TV so much I would not use or watch my Apple TV. Now that I replaced the worst remote with best I have started I using my Apple TV again.

Uses a better clickable and minamilist physical design and tactile trackpad. However, no find me feature, night light or ability to manipulate other apps such as updates on my Sony tv.

Not Great

I should fully disable the track pad I guess, but often hitting the select/track pad button causes the remote to jump to an app or program next to what I actually want. So, I have to be very careful to press the select button exactly in the center. Tedious.

Much Need and Much Better.

I was never a fan of the older version, so I updated to the new remote. Very simple process to switch out the old remote to this remote.

Good product however Struggles on Sonos

Recommended upgrade remote for Apple TV streaming

It was easy to pair and a nice feel. I like the scrolling function between apps and movie selections. No regrets with this purchase.

May not be worth the price

I don’t think this is really a big improvement from the original remote. Other than power button. I used a gift card so I didn’t not pay full price.
