Got this for my daughter ended up exchanging it for an Apple Pencil as it was constantly loosing connection and not working causing her to cry. It wasn’t worth it.

This keyboard didn't even make it to a year before it stopped working. First, it would disconnect/not re connect (I called Best Buy, which they've advised me to call Apple -- no real help from either). Took it into a Best Buy, geek squad was able to connect it but after a few months, it completely stopped working. This thing isn't covered on the Apple warranty or anything. I just had to trash it. Updated for the logitech slim portfolio instead.

First of all, the keyboard doesn't sit firmly on a flat surface. It doesn't cover the back of iPad. Unlike, Microsoft surface pro, the keyboard doesn't offer multi angle stand. The product features doesn't justify its big price tag.

This is a nice keyboard, but it comes apart at the magnet. I was at a function it came off my IPad and my IPad feel. Luckily it is okay this time!

This doesn’t works smoothly. It takes 2-3 times to adjust it so that tab can properly rest on it and then on slight movement it gets disbalanced and the whole adjustment falls apart.

It didnt last longer. Was good of ease but again didnt last longer

POS just stopped working after about 11 months. Cant get it to connect more than about 3 seconds at a time.

It’s a horrible device. It has no bed cover. It is very much of a price. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Did not like this product at all. Returned it. iPad would constantly release from the magnets on the case and I would have to reattach whenever I swapped between closing and opening case. Can’t adjust viewing angle. Extremely clunky, which is shocking from Apple. Keys didn’t feel good to type on either. Also no backlit keys is a huge issue. Overall just a poor product. Then when you consider the price it’s downright shameful. Do not buy.

After 2 Years and 4 months its battery is not charging anymore. So please consider other brands or maybe PRO.

I wanted to like this but I found the Logitech version better and the added case made a better deal at a cheaper price.

Too heavy and expensive so returned it. Not really needed for me

The IPAD has its own keyboard which is easily utilized and the keyboard proved unnecessary. I love the IPAD but this product would be a waste of money

I purchased this keyboard in 2018 and have used it a handful of times and it stopped pairing with the ipad. I spoke with apple and they wanted me to pay full price of the keyboard for repair. They are out of their mind. I love apple and have purchased all their products and not just phones I mean all of their products and this one is garbage. A lot of people are having those issues.

Worked great, for about two years…this product is basically disposable. Went to the Apple Store and was told, oh well, these keyboards can’t be fixed. By the time I was tired of trying to figure out what was wrong on my own, my Apple Care had expired. This project is junk.

Keyboard Just stopped working one day without warning less than one year of purchase.

After one year of use, one of the keys has completely stopped working. For something as expensive as this cover, that is just completely unacceptable. I guess I could live my life without the down-arrow key, but why should I? Why?

Don’t buy this if you want to protect your investment. Only if you want the cool Apple logo.

The keyboard doesn’t sit flat on the table when the iPad is connected.
