When they work they’re great, but their build quality is apparently lacking. I will not be purchasing another one.

The keyboard stopped working after a year of use.

The IPad stopped recognizing the keyboard due to the poor implementation of the conductive material. The conductive material wears off and stops working after some time. For an accessory this expensive, the built quality is not good.

POOR OVERPRICED PRODUCT

HAD MANY DISCONNECTS WITH THIS ITEM OVER THE TWO YEARS. BOUGHT IT OPEN BOX. I ASSUME THE ORIGINAL PERSON THAT HAD IT HAD THE SAME DISCONNECTING ISSUES I HAD. LITERALLY CAN"T USE THIS DEVICE ANYMORE, IT DOESN"T EVEN CONNECT!!

Broke within a month

Was told it was corrosion from water damage even though I never put it in water. And even though I had Apple care they said it was just for the iPad and not for the keyboard. Waste of a hundred bucks.

I was terrified that it would dry or something. I really wished it would have worked for me. Guess I will get a MacBook instead.

less useful & more costly

It does not support (prop up) the iPad well when not using the keyboard. The sections are too floppy so it does not stay propped up.
