I have not owned an iPad until now, pleasantly surprised. Very bright and clear. Perfect sized screen for business needs. I love the accessibility between devices.

Does exactly what I expected. What was unexpected was just how much more I use my iPad now. I didn’t take the pro leap because I wasn’t convinced the iPad was anything more that a consumption device. Now I still primarily use my iPad Air for consumption, but more of my workflows can be done on the iPad. It’s almost a laptop replacement.

A great accessory for the new 10.2 IPad. Love the smart connector. Connects without Bluetooth. Doesn’t add hardly any weight to iPad like some third party keyboards made for iPad. Magnet holds strong and makes it easy to use in lap. I had Microsoft surface and love the tablet keyboard combination. Bought this on sale so happy with the value.

I was sick of trying to type on the built in keyboard on my iPad Air. When I decided to purchase a new iPad Air, I decided I'd buy the Apple's Smart Keyboard as well. It's been a fairy easy tradition from typing on a lap top to using the Smart Keyboard on my iPad. I'm glad I decided to purchase this keyboard instead of one slightly less expensive.

I partially based my decision to purchase the iPad Pro on this keyboard. While it IS pricey, it is by far the best keyboard I’ve ever used with an iPad. Not too cramped, charges automatically when connected to the iPad, the only other thing I would want is the keys to be backlit, but then it would cost $200. I pair this with the UAG case so the back is protected too.

The keyboard quality matches that of the other apple smart covers without keyboards. Key action is very spongy but still pleasant for longer sessions. I had this for a few years until the metal pin connectors started having issues being recognized by the iPad, and wouldn’t type. It’s still one of the best keyboard accessories out there for the form factor but the wear and tear is a trade off.
