    I bought this as an open box item with my latest 10.2” iPad. It has been a great product so far. The keyboard has a great feel, and it works like a normal Smart Cover. My only gripe is that I can’t get the cover to act as an iPad stand without the keyboard out. Unless I am missing some other configuration to fold the cover.

    The great advantage of the actual Apple keyboard is that it’s a no-fuss, no-Bluetooth-pairing option that also serves as a screen protector when you’re not using the iPad. It works fine, seems to be well-built and does what it’s supposed to do. When you’re typing, though, be careful not to touch the screen with your knuckle. You might accidentally undo your typing on certain apps.

    Very basic keyboard for the iPad. For the money, I would get a refurbished or open box, when on sale, or something else. While it does fold to cover the iPad face, there is no backlighting and the keyboard is narrow and small so you will always need a sufficient flat surface to work on.
