First purchase was defective. Keys didn't type what digit or symbol was assigned to it. Exchanged and workes fine. No hassle exchanging it. Happy with purchase.

Took some time to figure how the keyboard connected to the ipad for charging, there are magnetic connections at the top of the ipad. Instructions could have been better.

M1 silicone is stated to be good but not sure how that compares to intel. But its fast.

If you don't buy the apple product brand for your device then you are wasting your time and money... Thanks Apple

Perfect addition for new IPAD!, everything I thought it would be.

Keyboard was okay. I really felt like Apple would have made it more of a complete device cover as well so it could protect more when traveling. It was just a basic magnetic connection and felt flimsy at that. Took it back and just used another Bluetooth keyboard I had at home already. It synced up just fine & I felt stupid for spending $80 on such a poor designed keyboard. So I returned it the next day.

Great product. It fit very well with the ipad i bought.

Best deal with the new Apple iPad keyboard ever ..

The keypad/cover works well for some simple typing but it is still not as comfortable to use as a separate keyboard. I do like the way the case folds to a good working angle.

Great product for the price. If you want more memory upgrade to the iPad Air

Excellent iPad Air accessory. Purchased it while on sale, and BB had the best price for this Smart Keyboard that I found.

The keyboard itself is nice. I just wish it stayed flat and theres no back to protect the back of the ipad.

Was a present for my grand daughter. She claims she is enjoying it although she used the touch in most situations.

The magnet attachment makes this so easy to use ...the keyboard feels natural and big enough to make it useful

Product an Apple Tablet was great but in the process was asked if i wanted to apply for a credit card. I was accepted but declined to take it because of the annual fee. It was reported on my Credit and I took a Hard Hit as they put it. I value my credit and after all that I got a letter stated that you declined a credit card to me. Right now my Eqifax is at 824 and transunion is 817 and the letter stated that my credit was not good enough. I will never enter you Best Buy again. Thank-You
