    I tried other brand cables that were cheaper but either did not work correctly, or broke quickly. Apple products seem to last the longest and work the best!

    Genuine Apple cables are the best. I have had communications issues with aftermarket cables and devices. You can't go wrong with the Apple products

    You know.... most of Apple's cables are very thin. They use the nice flex/soft rubber. But their lifespan is pretty sure because of this. But due to Thunderbolt 3 needing more copper, the cable actually feels like it's going to last a good while.

    I have lg thunderbolt 3 display and a macbook pro, i purchased apple tbolt cable to use as replacement cable for my lg display since original one is too long but this apple cable is not as expected. I had to plug in out multiple times to output display. It dont happen with lg supplied thunderbolt 3 cable so i returned the apple one…!!!
