More expensive that generic cables, but at least you know it will work compared to some that claim to be Apple certified

It's a cable

Reliable long Thunderblot 3 cable.

Apple Thunderbolt 3 USB cable

Also, ordering an Apple cable of any sort, you're not over-whelmed by a large, off-brand product line to choose from. I've been using the Apple cable products for my Apple devices since the early 2000's and haven't ever had a problem.
