Bad Support Advice!

But this did NOT work for me, since I don't have a cable to use with this adapter. So, once again, low rating is more due to the people involved than to the product itself, since I am still unable to use/test the product!

It did not work and when I finally went to the Apple store to figure it out, they told me it was the wrong one.

Next time i will get advice and purchase directly from Cupertino!

Didn’t work to use my old Apple monitor to pc

The monitor worked fine with my old pc laptop. But as has been reported it doesn’t seem to help. So I ended up buying a new monitor.

Dead unit

Will be returning tomorrow. Confirmed it was not the monitor itself as I got a cheap usb-c adapter from Amazon and my second monitor instantly came on and it working.

This product was unable to connect to (in co op with a thunderbolt cable) my iMac.

Not working for me
