Bought to connect my ipad to cable. Didn't need it so returned it. Not sure how it would of worked. Great return policy from BestBuy

Apple has good items this is just an upgrade from USB

It is a great product but just a little too expensive.

Needed to purchase for use with my son's mac book.

Perfect for what I needed it for and easily stowed away.

I actually returned this item because I need USB-C rather than Thunderbolt gigabit Ethernet adapter. Have no doubt this product will work well for those with a Thunderbolt port.

I used this to add a second Ethernet connection to get more bandwidth at work for a massive video file upload. Halved the time of the upload.

Enables you to leave open/available a USB port for use with other peripheral devices while connecting you to the Internet or network in those situations where WiFi is either unavailable or too saturated.

I stopped by Best Buy just a few moments before heading to my destination where this Ethernet adapter was a must. Great savings, just what I needed.

Yet another adapter to add to my collection. Sigh.

I have no issues with this Apple ethernet adapter.

Quality Original Adaptor. I have tried heaper versions that just do not compare.

I bought this adapter on an emergency basis- to help troubleshoot a slow internet problem. Best Buy had several options, including generics. I got lucky and found an 'open box' Apple adapter!

Specific apple product that does what it's supposed to do. No after-market product available but apple has price control! The positive is that you are guaranteed product quality.

Does everything is supposed to. Occasionally I’ll have to wiggle the cable if the connection becomes unstable but I am unsure if this is the adapter or the cable or watt. Usually it’s not a big issue.

Some hotels still don't have very good WiFi so this is necessary where the WiFi starts to slow down with too many people. Plus it made the data transfer from my old computer to my Pro much faster.

Excellent piece however wish it was just apart of my computer one downfall Apple has done with their simplicity route!

It works ok, if you wiggle the laptop around it loses connectivity for a few seconds. I would give it 5 stars if it wasnt so overpriced. I would probably go with a generic dongle next time. It's not 100% perfect so not worth the apple premium.
