    An actual Ethernet port is preferred but this mostly works. The OS may try to fight it but it does work.

    You can get hdmi cables for about 6$, so it's hard to understand why this is so expensive. That said, it does what it's supposed to do.

    There are a couple apple network adapters. This one is ideal since the short cable is slightly thicker than their other adapter, making for a longer lasting piece.

    You can find cheaper ones, but I found this as an open box and needed it for work so picked it up. It works well and is well built. Can't say much more about it.

    I used this because my PS4 has a pretty bad wifi adapter. So I used this to connect my macbook to my ps4 and guess what?, I now get awesome network speed for my ps4 as well.

    I never used mine. Buyer Beware the Thunderbolt isn't compatible with the newer macbooks and macbooks pro as they have the thunderbolt 3 port.
