This is really the only way you can safely hardwire into the Internet with Mac anymore. Annoying that you HAVE to buy it if you want to hardwire.

The device does what its intended to do but it does not fit snugly on the computer and comes a little loose and drops the connection to the net.

Old product for an out-dated port now. Very situational purchase.

I thought it would be good for usb-c but I made a mistake Check before you buy.

I wanted to like this product since I live in an apartment complex that has more wireless networks than the pentagon, but it just caused errors with my Macbook pro(early 2013 i7 with 500gb SSD, 16GB of ram). I also found that using the backup function of my Apple Time machine (tall tower looking one) didn't work as well as using wireless. I wasn't able to achieve much higher bandwidth than with wireless either. I want to try the USB version.

Good Adapter for me to multitask with other Apple products on macbook air

This is a good product that worked as advertised. Maybe a little expensive for what it is but what can you do

Way too expensive for an adapter! I bought it then had buyer's remorse and returned it. Turns out I still need it if I want to use a hub. No other way around it. Can't rate the quality cause I didnt use it long enoug.

Ethernet is so-so, comes and goes so Im having to rely on Wi-fi

Although I kept it because I thought I might use it in the future.

Whatever you do don't be a company that makes expense reports easy. Why can't I easily access my receipt?

I gave it three stars because I had to buy it, not so much because I wanted to.

This adapter is a very handy and useful tool which gives a lot of flexibility to get the most out of my Macs. I even bought one for my daughter when I realized how handy it is.

My old one went bad. It was an Apple product too. Hope this one lasts longer

Yes it performs flawlessly for what it's meant to be.......which is a real simple task: get your-thin-but-apple-omitted-a-port Macbook hooked up with the good ol ethernet. For TWICE the price than what it's worth! Why can't Apple just include this with the Macbook or sell it for $19 (which was already overpriced) like they used to for the USB one?!

The connector has worked very well although it was used. Could not be happier.
