I don't really use it much other than for comparison or troubleshooting and cannot speak to the long term reliability nor the limits on speed for the device in general.

Very useful, get the speed you're paying for!

My MacBook Pro is a few years old and maxes at 802.11n, so even though I have gigabit symmetrical broadband, I was only getting about 150mbps up and down via wifi. With this adapter I get about 800 down and 950 up. $30 well spent!

Get the Connection

I asked for help and an associate quickly responded, climbed the ladder, and brought me the connector I was looking for. This is an official Apple product so of course it works perfectly! If you need to connect your MacBook Pro to the Ethernet you need this connector!

This was bought for a college student who has no ethernet port on comper. Just plug ethernet line into adapter and USB to your computer and you have a trusty hardwire connection to the internet.
