Purchased this because I just got 1gbps internet. Plugged it in and it didn't work at first, so I restarted my modem and it started to work. Pushes out a good constant 940mbps connection. I'm happy. I only wish the adapter could spin 360 so when I move my laptop around

This is good especially when you are out of town and you don't have WiFi. Yes there are places that don't have WiFi readily available. Just make sure that you keep up with it.

Worked just like it should. We needed an adaptor for our phones and this did the job.

Works as described, gige connection. If your wiring is broken, it will also operate with only 4 wires at 100mbit. helpful for diagnosing bad terminations as well :)

Plug this into your thunderbolt port and viola!! You habe a fast and reliable ethernet connection. The mac recognizes it and there is no setup required, it just works.

Works well - easy to use for those thankfully rare times that I need to be hard wired to a network or device. And the price is good compared to buying directly from Apple

Since MacBooks not longer come with Ethernet ports, this is a necessary evil if you want to hard wire to network. Works fine, pricey, but it is from Apple.
