Typical Apple accessories. Look god, excellent quality, a little pricey. But you know what you are getting, a product that does the job.

Deep in my heart I know this device can't cost more than $3 to produce. Believe me, I search all over the store for an open boxed item before coughing up the full price. I have a late model 2013 MacBook Pro so I'm happy to have a few extra slots.

I've tried other brands (generic) adapters. Some have worked, but failed early. Others didn't do what I expected. This does what I needed.

I bought this to use on my MacBook Pro when I need to do a lot of downloading from the internet. Ethernet into the adapter and the adapter into the Thunderbolt port. That simple. A little expensive, but all Apple products are....

Easy to get up and running with nothing to do but plug the ethernet cord into the adapter and plug the adapter into the Thunderbolt port.

This is a great little tool to have in your laptop bag when Wifi isn't available! Simply plug it in with a network cable into your MacBook and off you go!
