I bought the wrong thing. I can’t use it with my 13 ince MacBook Pro until I get a usb-C adapter. I’m assuming it works fine. My fault for not researching more.

I needed this adapter to connect my MacBook Air directly to my cable modem. Worked as it should.

If you have a new MacBook or MacBook Pro and need a hard-line connection for Internet this works great. This was used for Internet connection versus cell phone Internet on a very busy night for cell phone activity where Internet would be slowed down

I had trouble with my WiFi and I had to hardwire the company MacBook Pro into the modem. This worked as it should, which is why I normally pay the extra money for genuine Apple accessories.

This cord works great to connect your Mac to a wired internet cable. Very fast !!!

Great piece of equipment for those who still have the old MacBook Pros. Having a hardline internet fiber connection has made me more valuable in my work. Very handy dongle!

This is a perfectly functioning adaptor however it is not a USB-C port to Ethernet like I thought. The thunderbolt is a bulky male end that did not work on my 2019 MacBook Pro.

I bought it as a last resort because my icloud was taking too long to download all my things into my mac. I have fairly decent wifi and it would just stop and take forever to download my pictures.

I needed this to image a MBP over wired connection as wireless is not an option. I did use this to transfer some files from laptop to desktop and hit transfer rate of over 100MB/s. Moved GBs of data in seconds. Works as intended!

You'll need, or one of the other connectors if you purchase a new MacBook. MacBooks no longer have USB ports so you'll need these adapters to connect your phone or external hardrive.

Wife really likes this cord above the rest. it works quicker

Sturdy connector that gets the job done and is a simple set up.

I purchased this to reduce load on my wi-fi network. It works great. A hint: after connecting your computer to the ethernet connector, restart it, rather than trying to add the network.

Easy peasy. The only issue one might have is if they do not know how to enable this via the Apple OS with an older model MacBook; however, that's why God gave us Google.
