I picked up the new MacBook Pro. I have wired internet in the office but not a good wireless connection. While I wish that the new machine had the connection built in, this is a good solution.

I stopped by Best Buy just a few moments before heading to my destination where this Ethernet adapter was a must. Great savings, just what I needed.

It is a great product but just a little too expensive.

I actually returned this item because I need USB-C rather than Thunderbolt gigabit Ethernet adapter. Have no doubt this product will work well for those with a Thunderbolt port.

Does everything is supposed to. Occasionally I’ll have to wiggle the cable if the connection becomes unstable but I am unsure if this is the adapter or the cable or watt. Usually it’s not a big issue.

Needed to purchase for use with my son's mac book.

Perfect for what I needed it for and easily stowed away.

The Thunderbolt to Ethernet adapter completes my MacBook Pro. I used the Wifi on the computer before the adapter and thought the MacBook Pro was quick but it is lightning fast now!!!

The item works exactly as advertised. No problem so far. Had it about a month.

I use this adapter for testing purposes, as I am somewhere troubleshooting a relative's network with my MacBook Pro. Would recommend this adapter over the USB to Ethernet anytime.

Specific apple product that does what it's supposed to do. No after-market product available but apple has price control! The positive is that you are guaranteed product quality.

With the Macbook pro 15" Retina laptop, this little accessory becomes a necessity if you want to connect to a wired network. Plus it keeps those ever valuable USB ports free for other needs

Trust me it connects you to the internet. You just plug this in and voila...no wait you have to plug in the ethernet cable.

I bought this adapter on an emergency basis- to help troubleshoot a slow internet problem. Best Buy had several options, including generics. I got lucky and found an 'open box' Apple adapter!

Needed a wired connection for my MacBook Pro (now that the new ones do not come with them). This works. plan and simple. IF you have a Mac and need a wired connection, this will do it.

Doesn't interfere with speed of internet at all. Gets the job done if you need to do transfers of large files, as the gigabit speeds are much better than you can get over even the fastest wifi.

this is for the airbook and was expensive!... I had to have it for hardwire my airbook at work... enough said
