    This adapter works well for what it does. I only give it three stars because it necessitates the removal of another device to gain ethernet instead of wireless capabilities.

    The only drawback to the new MacBook Pros is that they don't have an ethernet port built in. This allows you to still connect to a wired network.

    This adapter hooks my Mac up to the ethernet. Although I have, supposedly, very fast wifi, it is sometimes quite slow or cuts out altogether.This device lets me make sure my wifi won't cut out when I am on skype or something else important.
