Save your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this to have as a backup for my work if our wifi wasn't working so that I could hardwire the internet in to my laptop. While I'm glad that I have it as a backup, if you're wavering as to whether to buy it or not, I would say wait and see just how often you actually need to plug an ethernet cable in to your computer for internet. Keep in mind that it will take up one of your mini display ports to be used too if that would make a difference to you.

Needed for gigabit LAN connect
