I enjoy how easy it hooks up.amd the easy use of it

Must have adapter for new MacBook Pro that only has four USB - C /Lightning three connector for that extra speed when you are able to plug your computer into a hardwired outlet, which is always faster than Wi-Fi.

I used this as a server link to a common hard drive system. We had to upload footage onto a local LAN network. My Ethernet to Thunderbolt 2.0 was much too slow (We were transferring 1 TB of footage daily). This really helped speed up the process).

Easy peasy. The only issue one might have is if they do not know how to enable this via the Apple OS with an older model MacBook; however, that's why God gave us Google.

Allowed MacMini to connect to second Ethernet network without a hitch. I have heard some people have had problems getting their computer to go to sleep with one of these connected. I use my MacMini as a headless server so this is not an issue for me.

As a college student where the WiFi almost NEVER worked, it was great having this to be able to connect in to the wall directly. Would recommend this for anyone that has deadlines that requires internet connections

Needed this for a location that had Ethernet but not wifi. It works exactly like it should. The adapter greatly outperforms the network's Internet connection speed, so data rates through the adapter are never an issue.

I needed an adapter for buildings with no wifi that is not too bulky and works with the latest Macbook Pro laptops. It easily fits in my back pack and build well. Perfect for when I need to be hard wire connected to a network

Bought for my daughters Mac book pro to connect to the network in her dorm at college. About as painless add it gets. Plug it in and use network setup. It does not include an ethernet cable. Be sure to get one long enough to reach the connection

Wifi is good when you are in an area that has it, but unfortunately i am not always in such an area. That is the one disappointing aspect on my new mac was it did not have an ethernet connection. This Adapter solved my issue and it worked really well.

Nice little converter. Takes you from Thunderbolt jack on one end to Ethernet socket on the other. You are not likely to have thunderbolt cables laying around at this point in its evolution but nearly everybody has ethernet cables on hand.

Not much to mention about this, honestly. It works well with my 2014 MacBook Air and I needed it to set up my WiFi at home. Just as all other kinds of Apple branded peripherals, it match them well with asthetics.

Have no complains. Works as expected. Great speed and reliability with the connection.

The newer MacBook Pro's don't come with the Ethernet as Thunderbolt allows for more connections. It works like a charm when you have to connect to a Ethernet Hub and Wi-Fi just wont work.

Did exactly what it needed to do and efficiently connected to the internet through the lightning port from the ethernet cord. Would recommend to a friend as I would with most apple products.

Bought two of these for laptops we have without Ethernet ports. Have used them multiple times for ml both local networks and Internet sharing from Wifi to the Ethernet port for VoIP phones.
