Now that Apple is scaling back on ports with the new laptops I had to buy this because you never know when you will need it when at an area without wireless and only ethernet.

Just as the summary reads, this accessory should be included, but still an awesome product for when the WIFI goes out and all I have is a wired connection.

It's as easy as plugging it in. No software or drivers to set up. Works just like it says on the box. I cannot help but feel the price could be lower, but Apple is Apple.

What else can you say about Mac products. They just work, every time, all the time. This cable has been pushed and pulled several times and is still very sturdy.

this connector is the only option you have for hooking a MacBook to a hard wired network. So it is great to have if you work and travel with your computer a lot.

I like to use this Ethernet adapter when I'm downloading large files. It is very fast depending on your router speeds. I believe it's worth the cost.

I expected a bottleneck on speed using this device. I needn't have worried as it was as fast as a connection without the device. Highly recommended.

This product works as expected. There's really not a lot to ooh and ah about, but if you need to connect to a wired network, this is the thing you use. Hooray!

Love my MacBook Pro, but use a wired connection most of the time - even when Wi-Fi available. This adapter is required to make that happen. Works very well. Bought 2.
